About this Coffee

Designed as a companion to Morning Bright for the two-session household: while Morning Bright opens the day with brightness, Evening Roast settles it with warmth and depth. Medium-dark roasted to 212°C, it balances Chandragiri’s natural sweetness against a gentle Robusta backbone (just 10%) for body without excessive caffeine.

Dried fig, dark chocolate, and hazelnut are the dominant flavour notes — comforting rather than stimulating. The finish is clean and slightly sweet, without the sharp roasty bitterness that disturbs digestion in the evening hours.

Perfect with jaggery and full-fat milk as a soothing pre-dinner drink, or straight in a press pot alongside a square of dark chocolate.
