The Estate

Our land, our rules.

We own the estate — every row of coffee plants, every drain path, every shade tree. No contracted farms, no broker cherry. When we say "estate direct", we mean it in the most literal sense possible.

The Process

Picked and processed the same day.

Coffee degrades the moment the cherry is harvested. We process within 6 hours — washed or natural depending on the lot — because that window is the difference between good and great. Every lot gets a batch number and a timestamp.

The Cup-Test

Rejected lots never leave.

Before any batch ships, it is cupped blind by our in-house panel. Colour, aroma, taste, body — all scored against the grade benchmark. If it fails, the lot is diverted. It does not ship. Ever.
