About this Coffee
For drinkers who want their coffee to announce itself clearly, this dark blend pairs S795 Arabica with 25% estate Robusta roasted to a deep second crack. The Robusta contributes extra caffeine, a heavier body, and the characteristic thick crema that dark-roast espresso drinkers crave.
Roasted to 222°C, the sugars are fully developed and approaching carbonisation at the surface — this is intentional. The slight char provides the sharp bitterness that balances well with jaggery or condensed milk in traditional Indian coffee preparation.
A blend built honestly for the South Indian coffee kitchen: strong, confident, and unapologetic.
