About this Coffee

Everything you love about the 250g Signature, in a 500g resealable bag for those who drink 2–3 cups a day. At ₹1.44 per gram versus ₹1.56 for the 250g, the maths are simple.

We pack in nitrogen-flushed bags with one-way degassing valves — roasted beans off-gas CO2 for days after roasting, and without a valve the bag would burst. The nitrogen flush displaces oxygen, the primary cause of staling.

At this quantity, grind fresh every morning rather than pre-grinding the whole bag. A small burr grinder pays for itself in cup quality within weeks.

Dark roast estate blend that holds up with milk

I make café-style milk coffees at home — lattes, cortados — and have struggled to find an Indian estate dark roast that does not turn bitter when milk is added. The Kynetra Estate Dark Roast is the answer. The milk sweetness and the coffee body work together rather than fighting. The roast is dark but controlled — chocolate notes rather than ash.
