About this Coffee

Coffee geeks understand that roast level is as important as origin in determining what ends up in the cup. This sampler makes that learning tangible: the same S795 Arabica lot from our estate, roasted to four different levels — Light, Medium, Medium-Dark, and Dark — so the transformation is audible, visual, and most importantly drinkable.

Light shows the raw terroir: floral, bright, citrus. Medium adds caramel and body. Medium-Dark deepens to chocolate and hazelnut. Dark roast enters the realm of bittersweet, bold, and unapologetically intense.

An ideal gift for someone starting their specialty coffee journey, or for the seasoned drinker who wants to confirm where their preferences actually sit when tested side by side.
