About this Coffee

South Indian filter coffee decoction demands a confident roast and consistent grind. Adding 60% peaberry to 40% regular S795 improves extraction uniformity in the traditional brass filter — the round beans pack more predictably, reducing channelling and producing a richer, more complete decoction.

Roasted to filter levels (210°C) and ground fine, this blend produces a decoction that is noticeably more aromatic and body-forward than standard filter powder. The peaberry contribution creates a natural sweetness that reduces the need for added sugar.

A thoughtful upgrade for the traditional filter coffee drinker who doesn’t want to change their ritual but wants a meaningfully better result in the cup.
