S795 is a pleasure to roast: the dense beans absorb heat evenly, provide clear first-crack signals, and develop predictably into light, medium, or medium-dark profiles. The washed process means the flavour is clean — your roast decisions are amplified directly into the cup.
These green beans remain viable for 12–18 months when stored in a sealed container away from moisture. Buy 500g, roast in 100–150g batches, drink fresh.

I home-roast on a small drum and have been sourcing green beans from various suppliers with mixed results. Kynetra’s S795 green beans are consistent, clean, and dry — no off-odours, no visible defects, and the roast development has been predictable across three batches.
