About this Coffee

We know instant coffee has a reputation problem. We also know that convenience is real and sometimes non-negotiable. This is our answer: freeze-dried Arabica made from the same estate Signature Blend, not commodity robusta spray-dried at minimum cost.

Freeze-drying preserves flavour compounds better than spray-drying — the result is a noticeably better instant coffee. Each 3g sachet makes 200ml of coffee. Dissolves completely in both hot and cold water (though hot is better for full flavour development).

We don’t claim this rivals freshly brewed estate pour-over. We do claim it’s the best instant you can reasonably make from genuine single-estate Arabica — and dramatically better than what fills the supermarket shelf.
