About this Coffee

We brew this concentrate ourselves in the estate processing facility: coarsely ground Signature Blend steep in filtered cold water for 18 hours, then press through a cloth filter into sealed amber bottles. No heat, no additives, no preservatives — just coffee, water, time, and cold.

Each 500ml bottle dilutes to 1 litre of cold brew — 4–5 generous glasses. Keep refrigerated. Unlike hot coffee, cold brew concentrate has a 14-day refrigerator shelf life after opening because of its low oxidation rate.

Serve over crushed ice with cold whole milk and a pinch of salt for a proper South Indian cold coffee — or straight over ice for a clean, smooth coffee experience. Outstanding with a dash of coconut milk.
