About this Coffee

Peaberry’s density advantage doesn’t disappear in cold brew — the uniform round shape creates excellent contact surface area when submerged in cold water, extracting evenly without the over-extraction risk that can make flat-bean cold brew slightly bitter.

We grind slightly coarser than our standard cold brew bags and steep longer — 16–20 hours instead of 12–18 — to fully draw out the sweetness locked in the dense peaberry structure. The result is a cold brew concentrate of unusual sweetness and complexity.

Six bags at 35g each — each bag makes approximately 500ml of concentrate, two to three serves. The premium over our standard bags reflects the peaberry sorting labour and smaller available lot size.
