Lovely medium roast for everyday use
The medium Arabica is my daily driver now. Not as flashy as the light roast but perfect for a morning cup without too much acidity. Good value for estate-direct coffee.

Kynetra Coffee
Our rarest lot: SL9 naturally dried on raised beds for 28 days, producing a wild berry-forward cup unlike anything else from Coorg.
SL9 is a less common selection than S795, valued for its large bean size and tendency toward fruity fermentation notes when naturally processed. We set aside a small block on our highest plot — 1,260m on a north-facing slope — specifically for natural processing experiments.
Cherries are dried whole on raised bamboo beds for 26–28 days, turned every two hours during peak sun. The extended drying concentrates the cherry fruit sugars deep into the bean, creating the wine-like intensity natural-process coffees are celebrated for.
At 100g this is a trial portion designed for curious home brewers who want to explore the outer limits of Coorg terroir before committing to a larger bag. The profile is bold: blueberry jam, hibiscus, and dark grape, with a heavy, syrupy body.

SL9 natural process — the most complex Indian coffee I have found
I source specialty coffees from across Asia for our small roasting operation in Singapore. The SL9 natural from Kynetra Estate is the first Indian lot I have added to our permanent catalogue. The fermentation is well-managed — no overripe notes, clean natural sweetness, and a dried-fruit complexity in the finish. We are selling it as a single-origin and getting consistently positive feedback.
