About this Coffee
Italian espresso houses have long used 20–30% Robusta in their house blends for a reason: Robusta contributes crema density, caffeine, and a boldness that pure Arabica blends can lack. This blend applies that tradition to Coorg estate beans.
Our 70:30 formula uses S795 Arabica as the base for complexity and cleanliness, with S274 Robusta for body, crema, and kick. Roasted together to espresso levels — 217°C with a 70-second development — the two varieties merge into something greater than either alone.
