About this Coffee
Some households brew their decoction lighter and add more milk — which means they need a stronger powder to compensate. This 75:25 blend is roasted two degrees darker than our Classic and uses a slightly higher chicory ratio to produce a concentrated, almost syrupy decoction.
The result withstands a 1:4 decoction-to-milk ratio without losing flavour or colour — ideal for the household that prefers a milder-tasting but still comforting milk coffee. Also excellent for making South Indian filter coffee in larger batches for guests.
Sold in 500g for household frequency. The nitrogen-flushed resealable bag keeps the grounds fresh for 6 weeks after opening.

How to Brew
South Indian filter: 10g per serve, firm press, boiling water, decoct 15 min. Mix 1:4 with hot whole milk for a milder cup. Increase dose to 14g for full-strength.
