About this Coffee

The Single Origin Trio is a tasting education in a box. Three coffees from the same estate, same altitude, same harvest year — but processed differently. Washed S795 shows clean terroir and bright acidity. Honey Chandragiri shows stone-fruit sweetness from the mucilage. Natural SL9 shows wild berry intensity from the whole-cherry drying.

Side by side in a single brewing session, the differences are striking and instructive. This is one of the best ways to understand why process matters as much as origin — and it makes for a genuinely memorable gifting experience for any coffee lover.

For comparison tasting: brew all three identically — 15g / 240ml, 92°C, 3 min pour-over. Use same grinder setting. Taste at same temperature. Note differences in aroma, brightness, and sweetness.
