About this Coffee

It contains every item needed for the first brew and beyond: a ceramic dripper, 40 filter papers, a 250g bag of Signature Medium Roast (our most forgiving for beginners), and a laminated step-by-step brewing guide with QR code linking to our video tutorial.

How to Brew

Full instructions included in the kit. Basic: set paper in dripper over cup, wet paper with hot water and discard. Add 15g ground coffee. Pour 30ml water, bloom 30s. Add 200ml water in circular pours over 3 min. Remove dripper, enjoy.
